New Ulm Sports Central - Preserving and Sharing New Ulm Area Sports History

JORDAN -- New Ulm Brewers have avanced to the semi finals of the Class C Minnesota amateur baseball tournament with a 13-1 lead over Winsted Wildcats, the defending Class C champions, in today's game t shortened to seven complete innings by the 10-run tournament rule. This is a fourth round game with the Brewers having had a first round bye and then captured two straight victories.

They play again today (Sunday) 5 p.m against the Jordan-Nisswa winner.
