New Ulm Sports Central - Preserving and Sharing New Ulm Area Sports History

A wild weekend series of Region 2C games sent Lamberton (4-0), Hanska (4-2) and Springfield (3-3) to the state tournament at Dassel/Delano/Litchfield while New Ulm (2-3), Sleepy Eye (2-3), and St. James (0-5) are done for the season.

The third spot was decided at the last game in the 12th inning with Springfield coming from a - deficit to tie the game and then send the Brewers packing.

State tournament pairings provided by the Tomahawk East League and Region 2C officials include:

Loretto vs. Hanska, 2:30 p.m.
Springfield vs. Plato, 5p.m.

Delano/Raymond winner vs. Lamberton (in Dassel) 7:30 p.m.
