The Kaiserhoff became a New Ulm amateur baseball team in 1969 with a team entered into the new Ara Wilson League. Previously the Kaiserhoff had a team in the defunct Pasture League, an independent and unaffiliated league not linked to Minnesota Amateur baseball.
File includes several clippings and background piece of the fledgling season including the write-up on an 18-inning game, one of the longest in New Ulm's amateur history.
Eleven years later (1980) Kaiserhoff was to win the state championship. |
