Numbered as 1, first share of stock (original) issued to Frank J. Tauscheck during official incorporation 1946. Tauscheck served as president of the Association when it was unincorporated in the early 1940's and chaired two of the state tournaments in New Ulm. His stock was contributed to New Ulm Baseball Ass'n by a son and then to CRT, Inc.as a lasting memento of an historic event. It was one of the state's first incorporated amateur teams and may have been the first. No information is available of any previous incorporation. |
