| Other Information: | Object used in preparation of Courtland Baseball Review history flyer of 2015 gathered and produced by Myron Fluegge for Courtland Rec Association with graphics and editing assistance by Herb Schaper of New Ulm Sports Central to usher Courtland into the website history project. Picture of 1945 state tournament team as it appeared in the annual state tournament souvenir photo book along with the other teams who were in the tournament. Pictures of the Courtland opponents are also recorded as well as other participants in other objects. Photo appears to have been taken in Courtland (at Art Bode farm?) and then submitted to the state. Ideally that comment could be verified by some one who can recognize the site. Since other tournament team pictures have varying backgrounds, it is not expected that the state provided a photographer to take pictures of all tournament teams as was the practice in later years.
