The team logo is for the New Ulm Steel Junior hockey franchise in New Ulm as reproduced as produced by New Ulm Journal publication).
Object 4968 reports to approval by USA Hockey and Minnesota NA3HL approved for New Ulm as a Tier III Junior Hockey team franchise to begin play in the 2016-17 season. Journal's Jim Bastian recorded the event in his story April of 2016. Story included a logo which is also reproduced individually on this website for use in publicizing the results of the team's first year of operation.
