WEEKEND'S GAMES DETERMINE REGION 2C PLAYOFF FORMAT

Double elimination type games Saturday and Sunday will determine which of two formats Region 2C will use to name its champion and runner-up. Two of the six teams in the region, all from the Tomahawk East, will go on to the state amateur baseball tournament. It all depends on what loser beats who in the "second round". Two scenerios have been drawn up and are attached below. Marty Brandl of Springfield Tigers originated the printable brackets.
