Unfortunately NUSC went "off the 'net" for a few days to start November, but did get back into business shortly.
A non-local server error somehow developed, but contacts with our national hosting and back-up service called "Hostmonster" fixed the problem in a hurry after we reported it. Happily, there are no horror stories to report.
NUSC had just finished locally backing up the entire NUSC computer files to an off-line hard drive before the glitch showed up.
The website's images and history is backed up daily by Hostmonster while NUSC periodically backs up its work computer which contains additional images, information and support files which are not linked with the website.
So the bad week turned into a nice, pleasant weekend. And the Vikings keep winning!
