Pitcher Myron Seidl and five others dressed in Hanska Bullhead uniforms will take the Polar Bear Plunge at St. Peter Feb. 14. The event is a fund raising effort to benefit Special Olympics. Seidl is considered an "over-age baseball pitcher", fitting into just about all older age categories.

Identification of the other five is awaiting information from Seidl who claims he was enticed to agree to jump into the frigid winter water by "friends" and other cool liquids.

Send a check payable to Special Olympics Minnesota and mail it before he backs out.
