Sunday's New Ulm amateur baseball Hall of Fame is expected to draw 100 persons to honor six new candidates for induction. The event starts at 4:00 p.m. with social hour at the Kaiserhoff with dinner at 5 p.m. and the award and telling of tall tales to follow.

Four players and two administrative persons are scheduled for induction.

Non-players include Bob Weber, current president of the New Ulm Baseball Association and fellow board member Leanna Fluegge who will become the first woman to be honored. The players include Todd Pfaff, Charles Schmid, Nate McClellan and Scott Schaefer. Schaefer is a 17-year participant in New Ulm amateur baseball.
