Tomahawk playoff third game deciders Tuesday night saw New Ulm Brewers edge past Springfield 3-1 and Searles nip Leavenworth 4-3 to advance to the regional and set up drafting and seeding games tonight. Wednesday night games find St. James at Stark, Essig at New Ulm and Searles at Lamberton. All other teams have now fallen aside in the playoff hunt.

Pitchers Jason Nachreiner and Kyle Fischer each allowed only six hits in what was a 2-1 ball game until New Ulm scored an insurance run in the eighth.
