New Ulm Sports Central - Preserving and Sharing New Ulm Area Sports History

Kyle Reinart's Minnesota team finished the Chicago Showcase undefeated in six games, capturing the championship 3-2 in overtime Sunday morning. Reinarts, of New Ulm High School, scored four points. In pool play Minnesota beat New Jersey, Michigan and Pittsburg. In the championship round Saturday it won 7-1 over Missouri and 3-0 over New Jersey before capturing Sunday's win 3-2 in overtime Sunday morning. Reinarts scored two goals and recorded two assists in the six games. He was credited with a GWG.
