BAUER'S LAKESIDE 24-1, ONE FROM STATE (Updated)

Former MVL Coach Jim Bauer's Lakeside Lutheran basketball team puts a 24-1 record on the line in this week's sectional tournament. The team advanced through the regional and is now one game from the state tournament. It meets Prairie du Chien, WI today in the sectional finals at Middleton (near Madison) in the Division III playoffs.
The Lakeside basketball program program this year also was combined 37-4 in JV (18-3) and C team (19-1).
