New Ulm Sports Central - Preserving and Sharing New Ulm Area Sports History

Amateur baseball featuring immediate New Ulm area teams, gets swinging for real this Sunday at five parks around the area. All are afternoon games.

First game of the season will be at 1 p.m. at Searles with the Grizzlies ducking around construction of the new baseball lights to take on arch rival Stark. All other games are tagged for 2 p.m. including:

Leavenworth @ New Ulm Brewers
Hanska @ St. James
Springfield @ Essig
Sleepy Eye @ Gibbon
Lamberton @ Redwood Falls

The area's senior team, Searles Bullheads, do not have a scheduled game until May 22.
