New Ulm Sports Central - Preserving and Sharing New Ulm Area Sports History

Three New Ulm softball players have been selected for the 23rd annual All-Star series June 12 at North Mankato.

Of the 6,000 playing in Minnesota, the selected 72 players have been drafted to six different teams of graduating seniors.

Selected were Laura Holm of New Ulm High School on the Breeze, Morgan Zollner of New Ulm Cathedral on the Ice and Kasey Bode who will play for the Blizzard.

The teams will play in a tournament consisting of nine games starting June 12 with opening ceremonies at 12:30 p.m. and games at 1, 2:45 and 3:45 p.m.
