New Ulm Sports Central - Preserving and Sharing New Ulm Area Sports History

MARSHALL- One playoff game in Class B and the season was over as Marshall scored a 7-5 win over the New Ulm Brewers here Friday night. Marshall moves on to the best-of-three series with Austin.

The Brewers were reclassified to Class B in Minnesota Baseball due to several players moving form the Kaiserhoff New Ulm team to play with New Ulm's Class C team. Later the board also moved the Kaiserhoff to Class B because of an address rule infraction. Kaiserhoff lost two straight in the Class B playoffs earlier.
