          Robert Johnson was honored by being selected to inaugural group of inductees to the New Ulm Baseball Hall of Fame during Johnson Park's 50th Anniversary celebration in 1989.

          Johnson played in the Twin Cities, Anoka, Fergus Falls, and, most notably, at Fairfax before coming to New Ulm.
