          Stan Manderfeld was honored by being selected to the inaugural group of inductees to the New Ulm Baseball Hall of Fame during Johnson Park's 50th Anniversary celebration in 1989.

          Manderfeld is now retired and lives in North Ft. Meyers, FL. He played mostly outfield after starting his career as a second baseman. He was a member of both the 1941 and 1943 Class "A" and mythical state championship teams from New Ulm, and he was also a member of the 1947 Doubles "AA" runner-up and the 1939 state tournament entry teams. He co-managed the 1934 Brewers and piloted the Millers in 1950-51.

          Stan played in 313 games and finished his career with a .272 average with five homers, 19 triples, 35 doubles, and 158 RBI.
