          Reinarts, a left-handed pitcher and outfielder, played with the New Ulm Kaiserhoff from 1982-1989. In later years, he also played several years with Searles of the Tomahawk League.

          In the summer of 1982, Reinarts played part-time with the "K" while also playing Legion ball in New Ulm. In his career with the Kaiserhoff, he pitched five shutouts, including a 10-strikeout performance against Gaylord early in the 1983 season. In 1988, he pitched two playoff wins in one day, including a complete game win.

          In the mid-80's the Kaiserhoff teams were not the strongest, but Reinarts was drafted by the Arlington A's for both the 1984 and the 1985 state tournaments, and both were won by Arlington.

          In his career with the Kaiserhoff, Reinarts was 30-30 with an ERA of 3.69. His batting average was .241 in 130 games.
