during his New Ulm baseball career.
A graduate

one time during his five-year career.
As a switch

Schmidt
follows brother Neil into the Hall of Fame ranks and managed the
1974 Brewers (17-13) who tied for the Tomahawk regular season title.
During his
career, his New Ulm team won or tied for the regular season title. In
four years the team won the league playoffs and three times the team
advanced to the state tournament.
